We can deliver to virtually anywhere in the world. Normally what is displayed on our on-line shop is available at the design store in New Plymouth, which means fast delivery.

If there are any delays you will be informed via email or telephone.

Depending on the availability of the product you have ordered, we will ship most pieces within 1-2 days of payment. Normally we aim to send the item the day that we receive the order.

Delivery within New Zealand
Purchases within New Zealand are delivered by Fastway Courier door to door service. It is recommended to select an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

International Delivery:
All international orders are sent through New Zealand Post. All purchases that are posted overseas by Kina are exempt of GST; a 12.5% Goods and Services Tax added to basically everything sold in New Zealand. This exemption of GST includes purchases made by customers within New Zealand paying with a NZ credit card, as well as overseas customers.

• International Air - Prompt delivery within 3 - 10 working days with NZ$250 insurance and option for track & trace.
• Items valued over NZ$250 but less than NZ$1,500 can be sent only if additional compensation cover (at the cost of $10) is purchased.
• Please email us if you require International Express.

Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not accounted for.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the authorities of your own country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver. Goods marked as gifts usually incur no extra costs.

While we endeavour to package your product as safely as possible, Kina cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier once it has left New Zealand.
