Biography
Sea glass was the inspiration for Brendan’s latest work. Replicating the wave motion produces a smooth gem like appearance in the glass. This quality becomes enhanced when the jewellery is worn looking most beautiful surrounded by light.
Carving from all areas of a bottle has allowed Brendan to create a variety of shapes and sizes. From the traditional koru to hand drawn landscapes, each piece has a carved image.
Brendan is very proud of the fact that all his work is designed and made here in New Zealand. Through the purchase of this original jewellery you are helping to preserve the unique environment as each discarded bottle becomes a work of art.
